By integrating sensors, PLCs, DCS systems, operator collaboration platforms, display devices, and recording/broadcasting systems, the platform collects real-time production line data—including equipment operation status, process parameters, and environmental conditions. Upon detecting deviations from preset thresholds, it immediately triggers alerts, automatically displays video surveillance footage of the corresponding fault location, and generates incident recordings. This facilitates precise post-incident identification of the exact time of occurrence and monitoring conditions before and after the event, fundamentally preventing recurrence of errors. Multi-system coordination addresses the fragmented and limited nature of the entire process from fault occurrence to post-incident analysis.

The alarm text of the automation system can also be overlaid on the screen through the screen switching of the TV wall. Simultaneously voice broadcast the alarm content.

Implement manual triggering function

You can click on the production line icon below the alarm visualization system to switch the camera image of the area where the icon is located to the main screen. Or click on the camera icon on the DCS system screen to manually switch the display of the device. The screen will automatically display the image and push it to the main screen for easy monitoring by the operator.
