The central control layer leverages the system's central host and 16/32-channel AI-powered maintenance platform to perform data parsing, threshold evaluation, and risk identification. It supports C/S deployment for multi-node collaborative management. The output layer pushes alerts and fault visuals via comprehensive display screens, workstations, and on-site voice terminals, enabling rapid response by maintenance personnel. The system adapts to industrial production control scenarios in metallurgy, power generation, and chemical processing. It integrates with Juchen Industrial Cloud Desktop and Industrial Fiber Seat Systems to address monitoring challenges—multiple screens, difficult searches, and low efficiency—enhancing monitoring resource utilization and ensuring stable operation of industrial production control systems.
