Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Xinyu Iron and Steel Group) was renamed after Xinyu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. integrated Hongdu Steel Plant and Wushishan Iron Mine. The group company currently has one listed company - Xinyu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The company covers an area of 26 square kilometers, with one subsidiary listed company, 23 directly affiliated units, 12 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 13 holding companies, and 41 participating companies.




Faced with challenges


 the scheduling of the central control center is chaotic: central control center operators have to face multiple independent operating terminals and monitoring screens, switching between different system interfaces is cumbersome, and information is scattered and not centralized. Difficulty in achieving collaborative scheduling across multiple departments and stages, resulting in delayed emergency response.

The production environment is complex : The steel production process is long and complex, involving multiple links and a large number of equipment, which puts high demands on the stability, reliability, and real-time performance of IT systems.

Equipment management is passive and inefficient: Core industrial control computer equipment such as blast furnaces and rolling mills rely on manual inspections for a long time, and their fault warning capabilities are weak. Xinyu Iron and Steel has introduced the Juchen Industrial Cloud Desktop and Distributed Seating System, providing comprehensive solutions for centralized control centers such as Xinyu wide thick plates and blast furnaces. Through hyper fusion technology, the computing and data resources of industrial data centers are centrally managed, and a cluster resource pool with KVM architecture and distributed storage is constructed to improve resource utilization. In the wide and thick board centralized control center, the cloud desktop cluster architecture and multi replica mechanism ensure system stability. Thin terminals connect to displays through interfaces instead of industrial computers, achieving unified operation and maintenance of underlying hardware and business systems. In terms of the blast furnace centralized control center, a dual cluster architecture is adopted to ensure business stability. The distributed seat system integrates the operation interface, distinguishes the permissions of engineers and operators, realizes real-time push of workstation screens, breaks the "data island" between systems, achieves data sharing and fast instructions, and improves management and production efficiency through digital means, laying a solid foundation for the efficient and intelligent production of Xinyu Iron and Steel.
