Datang Group's Chongqing Jiangjin Gas Turbine Power Plant is constructing two sets of single axis gas turbine combined cycle units with a total installed capacity of over one million kilowatts. After being put into operation in 2025, it will support the region's medium and long-term electricity demand, participate in peak shaving and auxiliary service markets, alleviate power shortages, enhance the grid's peak shaving capacity, and help optimize the energy structure and low-carbon transformation of the industrial chain. In response to energy transformation and the "dual carbon" goal, the plant has launched a 2 × 500MW unit DCS+intelligent factory platform project. The unit adopts advanced combined cycle technology, which can quickly respond to power grid load fluctuations. This platform lays the foundation for intelligent operation and management of the unit.




Facing challenges

1. In this smart power plant project, Juchen Technology provides a solution centered on domestic information and innovation hyper integration. Build three independent clusters for Unit # 1, Unit # 2, and the public system, ensuring system stability and data security through physical isolation and dedicated resource allocation.

On the hyper converged cloud platform, deep integration with Lishi DCS application software enables precise control of the entire production process, real-time data collection, and efficient processing, providing support for refined management. At the same time, with ICS servers and hyper converged platforms as the core, a unified digital base is built to stably operate three core modules: intelligent SIS for real-time monitoring of unit energy efficiency and equipment status, intelligent MIS for closed-loop control of safety production, and intelligent inspection system for building a full lifecycle management system for equipment defects.
